He's taken UGA to their maximum potential in this day and age IMO. When recruits from your home state grow up not wanting to attend their home state school you're already at a huge competitive disadvantage, and he's been able to rise above that and still win the east a few times. They would be lucky to keep him another 10 years with his current trends of success.
