I can only speak to my history, which starts in 1989 when deciding I was going to Bama (living in Mississippi, didn't really grow up a Bama fan).

In no particular order:
1989 - down 21-0 early against ole miss, Hollingsworth leads a beatdown comeback.
1990 - Beating AU in Stalling's first year after losing 4 straight.
1992/1993 - Curbstomping Miami
2008 - Crushing and shutting out AU after their 6 straight victories
2008 - Clemson and Georgia games . . we back in a big way
2009 - Crushing UF in SECCG after 2008
2002 - Franchione over Saban, 31-0 . . absolute beatdown, coaching animosity and controversy, and Shaud Williams smoke draw
2005 - Bama over Florida beatdown, tarnished by Prothro injury
1999 - Bama over Florida in the swamp
1999 - Bama beatdown of UF in SECCG
2009 - Bama over Texas--the least satisfying of all the championships I've witnessed, because we didn't finish strong and let them hang around with a backup. Still, Crystal.
2011 - Very satisfying. Didn't really pull away until the end, not sure it was ever in doubt.
2012- Notre Dame, because beatdown, and because Notre Dame, and because Crystal.
2001 - Franchione/Zow over AU in AU in a big way. Victory on the plains.
2007 - Alabama ends UT dominance in convincing fashion. Haven't. Lost. Since. frick Tennessee.
