The legality is why I don't think they'll force him to sell. The NBA doesn't want that case on their hands. Sterling is the type of a-hole who will fight it uuntil the bitter end.

Sterling is an a-hole, but he should fight it to the bitter end. I don't agree with what he said or anything, but I also don't like what the NBA did in this instance.

They could definitely force him to stating he's a detriment to profitability to the team/league
