USC has had some attrition on defense, but we've had attrition in past years with everyone saying each time our defense will suffer, and it's still been among the SEC's best afterwards...
Season opener on the road in the house of the nation's longest home winning streak, with a highly questionable defense going up against a veteran and experienced offense, with a freshman QB, new WRs and new OL going up against a traditionally top SEC defense.
And with SANDSTORM and the ROOSTER CROW blasting non-stop all game long!!!
Allen won't know what hit him. The ESPN Sportscenter highlight that weekend will be Allen puking his guts out while running onto the field....

Yeah, the line seems about right this early with all the question marks for our team. This is the great and terrible thing about the off-season. Everyone's a contender!
Still, when I look at our team I have to say:
IF Kyle Allen is as good as we expect
IF our defense makes monumental improvements
IF our OL doesn't fall back too much
IF other SEC teams have growing pains as well with new QBs
THEN we might have a 10 win surprise season.
That's a lot of IFs. Most likely this is going to be a rough season. Hope I'm wrong.
