AU had a larger student body for a long time until Bama lowered their admission standards to try and get warm bodies.

I'd say that the older and larger school is usually the "big brother", even though I'd never use that term myself because I'm not a douchebag.

Eesh. You have to work on your insults. That sounds like "Bama lowered their standards to meet ours." I'm sure that's not the case, but still...
