This works great for the do-it-yourselfer, IMO. (it is cheaper at WalMark or one of the home centers)
ETA Would work with the zoysia...not sure about the bermuda. I have zoysia and it works well.

Kosher salt really? And yes in Columbus area we got drenched this winter
