Well that's basically the Panhandle. From Pensacola to Apalachicola (which has the very best oysters) and every beach looks the same. (as far as the actual beach with the emerald green water) I have never been lower south on the Gulf side,

Destin has pretty beaches. All of them in the Panhandle are nice as far as I'm concerned. I haven't been to one with nasty looking water as long as you avoid the sound side of the beach. The sound side is still water and that collects bacteria and smells.

I grew up in the heart of the redneck riviera. My grandparents lived in Pensacola so I went there often also. I have fished from Pensacola to Apalach. Like I said earlier, every beach looks the exact same for 150 miles. Because of development, some beaches are now more pristine than others.....but as far as the white sand and emerald water, it's all the same.
