People on here acting like Tennessee can pay a coach 2-3 million a year....they can't!
I read a report as to where 1.6 is somewhere in the ballpark of what they can afford. So Tennessee wont be making a "splash"

Tennessee was willing to go to 2.4 with Marshall according to VolQuest.
