Outside of going out and spending the $$$ to hire a proven winner, Mizzou is in a four way stop on the road.

Turning right leads to the same results as Haith.

The left via hiring an unsuccessful up and comer/top assistant off "big names" staff leads to a further decline in the program.

Straight ahead leads to where Mizzou wants to be, this would be achieved by hiring a proven HC.

Arkansas was there after Heath was fired, we turned left.

The correct direction would had been taken after replacing the legend and going with who they though should replace them. For Arkansas that was Anderson who went on to be successful in rebuilding UAB and Mizzou.

Mizzou chose Snyder instead of a Norm guy.

Continuity helps keep programs on the right track compared to hiring an up and comer with a different philosophy. See: UCONN, hired an up and comer, but does basically the same thing as the previous staff.

aTm had plenty of opportunity to hire Buzz who would had continued what BCG had going outside of Melvin Wakins' players being on the roster.

Tennessee should of hired Boyle, now they are in a position where they won't pay what he's worth.

Doc Sadler would be a good hire for Mizzou, he turned Nebraska's program around and has been a good influence for Iowa St. He would have more resources available at Mizzou than any other spot he has been as HC. (County Line HS, Westark, UTEP, Nebraska).
