I don't either, and I'm not involved in any of these outside rivalries being from Chicago. I will say that Cards fans to act a lot like kansas fans during the whole thing though. The whole superiority thing is very beakerish.

Admit that the Cards should have superiority over the Royals is akin to saying the Jayhawks should have superiority over the Tigers.

It may be true in both cases, but those on the other side will always hate you.

It's obvious, but the way you handle the superiority doesn't have to make the oppsition hate you.

Cards fans like using the success against the Royals, yet the same Cards fans will get all cock bent about the beaker bitches doing the same.

Well said.

FIFY. I've lived in several different states, and Cards fans have reputation for being obnoxious practically everywhere.

Also true. Deadspin shits all over the Cards on a regular basis

I don't dislike Cardinals fans as people, but I don't like them as fans. Yes your team is better than mine. Yes I'm jealous. There is no need to constantly remind me how much my team blows or to act like a douche about how superior you are due to the fact you support a better team.

Outside of the ribbing on here, which shouldn't be taken seriously, are there Cards fans in your personal dealings that constantly remind you how much your team blows?

I work with a Royals fan, and I've never once felt the need to remind him that I'm a Cards fan. Sometimes we discuss the sad state of affairs at Kaufman over the years, but I don't interject, "Yep, the cardinals are superior."

I think you're a touch sensitive when it comes to your Royals, either that or the perceived inferiority complex KC has is reality rather than perception.
