If you look on the Missouri side, Lees Summit should be your destination. Very low crime rate, clean, and on the south side of town like Olathe. Just a shot across 150 hwy to 135th street will get you to Olathe.
Lees Summit is where I live and can't say enough about how much I like it. It resembles the nice south side on the Kansas side.

Appreciate the input 
. Just have to see if get the gig or not after I interview, but at least it's nice to start doing some searching.
