Think of how much grits Waffle House dispenses in a year! Since they do not put cheese in it, that is pretty healthy. You can get OJ there too, but it is probably from concentrate.
I would eat at an Awful Waffle long before I would eat at McDonalds or most other fast food crap.

Meh. The only time that I eat fast food is when we're on the road and it's convenient. That's being said, I'll take Wendy's over WH any day of the week.
