re: Fayetteville/NWA craft beer

It is all approved by the city. They've gone back for a few minor tweaks recently, but AFAIK everything was approved. Yeah, it will be a gamechanger for that area, IMO. I think the changes requested were to make the tallest portions slightly taller. 5-stories in some sections I think. It will change the whole feel of that neighborhood. SREG netted like $20 million on their Sterling Frisco project. They must be flush with cash, and banking every other thing they do. I only expect more ambitious projects from them.
