Your offensive stats are cute.
The Royals staff was first in ERA last year in the American League (3.45)
The Royals defense is the best in baseball. Salvador Perez, Eric Hosmer and Alex Gordon were Gold Glove winners. Alcides Escobar and Lorenzo Cain were Gold Glove finalists.
We only got better with our offseason moves my friend...

They are what they are. I tried to find stats that gave the Royals an advantage but couldn't find them.

I would love an honest opinion of where Shields would fit into the Cardinals rotation. I would also like to know if you had your choice of Shields or the Cards set up man, which would you take? One would think an ace for one staff versus a 8th inning man from another staff would be an easy answer. Not so sure.

I don't disagree with this other than if you're suggesting Perez is in the same category with Molina. He's good. He's young. I like him a lot but he's no Molina.

This I also don't disagree with. It's just not going to be good enough to land more wins than the Cards.
