As a parent, I try to teach my kids between right and wrong, but it's getting bad when you have to worry about the sex talk before they get to kindergarten. I'd say she has a legit argument here. How does this go on in the classroom and no one see a thing until apparently its too late.

Yeah true. Second thought you can't expect a 5 year old to act rationally if classmates are pressuring them. That's a messed up situation though

Kids mimicking what they've seen and heard at home. It's really not as uncommon as one would think. Chalk it up to a generation of imbeciles who can make babies but can't raise em.
