Why would they schedule a drill like this when the weather is that bad ? Why wouldn't they inform the teachers that they need to make sure the students were properly dressed? They knew that the drill would take place so don't let the students in the pool or change into swimsuits before the drill. Why didn't they give her a towel when she got out of the pool, I'm sure they had one easily accessible. Dumb

My guess is they were trying to make the drill realistic. In that case, the student wouldn't have time to change clothes or make cocoa before going outside.

Pussification of America. One student gets a little frostbite on her feet and everyone starts shouting "SUE THE SCHOOL!"

A faulty lab experiment triggered the fire alarm. How stupid was the lab instructor not to pass the message that it was his/her room and that there was no fire.
