Hey be safe the roads are going to be NASTY today all across your path through the South.
Don't let people who are "too cool" talk College Station down. I live in central Austin, the self-proclaimed captial of cool, but have my eye on some land out half an hour from CS... if I could get a job there I'd move in a heartbeat.

If I could do my current job in CS I'd do it in a heartbeat. Cheap cost of living, no big city traffic bullshite, great golf, not a bad bar and restaurant scene for a place of its size.
