Reggie McNeal. He was faster and had a better arm than Manziel. He played for an awful coach around poor talent in a bad scheme and had his own "issues" off the field, supposedly, but in terms of raw athleticism, Reggie > Johnny.

As far as pure athleticism the only thing Manziel probably has him beat on his change of direction in the open field. Overall I agree though. A focused McNeal in a scheme like ours or Oregon or Auburn would be a scary thing

For A&M, I'd go back to the early part of the BCS era and say Dante Hall. There's a reason he was called the X-factor and the Human Joystick.
