He "lost control" a couple of classes before Sidney. We consistently underachieved for the amount of talent on the team under him from 05 on.
He ultimately quit recruiting good leadership and intangibles in guys to go along with a couple of stars and went after nothing but raw talent regardless of baggage -- and it eventually cost him his job.
The overall results on the court would have not got him fired -- it was the off-the-court stuff coupled with the specifics of "how" we were losing games.
He's not the first guy that's won in Starkville and won't be the last. We are a very different school and town than we were 20 years ago as well.

Y'all need to go back to the old court and renovate The Hump. It needs it.
