Meh. Some of us choose to take transportation to games because we plan to drink and don't want to drive or pay for a shitty Atlanta taxi.

There's nothing wrong with public transportation.

Nothing wrong with public transportation? Pfft... Tell that to every east Cobb home owner then. Once CCT took over, most home values plummeted. Public transportation in this city is a JOKE! I'm saying move the stadium outside of town. Put it at the rails end of the MARTA station on 400 if you must, but damn going downtown. The money is on the north side anyway. The Braves almost got it right, however, they didn't move far enough north. Screw everything inside 285

IMHO, of course...

Atlanta public transport is one of the worst in the country. Atlanta public transport is constantly studied to see what not to do. I was reading something the other day about Charlotte saying they learned everything that Atlanta did wrong. I read something talking about how the overall transit system is such shite in Atlanta that the economists said it was impossible to overcome literally and lack of willingness. I don't live in Atlanta now but it's something I've always paid attention to and there is very little right about moving around in Atlanta.
