So basically, police went to go question the kid after this party, he was being a drunken idiot, and they didn't want to charge him with a serious crime so he wouldn't get kicked off the team (but at the same time arrest him to cover their arse for future reasons).

This suit was a year ago. So the same cops that bust him on a drunk and disorderly cover up for an assault? Sound logic

I believe they are unrelated incidents. This happened when RN was still a recruit and the recent arrest was this past Saturday as I understood it. The plaintiff could have very well waited for a slip up to push his case though, an arrest at a later date definitely doesn't hurt his claim.

Word within the Greek community is that a fight took place and the Nkemdiches were involved. Just because there wasn't any evidence of it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. The Nkemdiche brothers, from what I've heard, are not popular amongst the Greeks because they're constantly starting shite at their parties.
