I believe proposed change will get kicked back to the Rules Committee for two reasons: Needs more coaches input and data on injury impact.
we'll see what happens... i doubt it passes this year... but a compromise could be coming in the near future.

Not sure if trolling, but most do not expect it to pass because of numerous factors... No evidence, went out side the normal procedure, public outcry.
