They are an Oklahoma corporation, but Texas is the heartland. A friend of mine just got promoted to some high up job in their marketing department. He told me loss of sales from Harvey will be affecting them for years.

That can't be true unless their risk manager is just totally incompetent.
Business interruption insurance, which pays you what you would have earned if you weren't unable to operate, is a basic part of any comprehensive commercial property insurance program.
