A couple of buddies and myself got really into cigars when we were younger. One never wuit and works for a cigar club in Memphis.
A nice pipe was always a pipe dream for me. Knew two guys that were pretty into them but it was a fad that didn't last too long.

I once lived for a year on a project I was working on out of state, in the country, and my co-worker and I, who I lived in a rented house with, got into smoking pipes just to have something to do. It's like cheeses or wines or basketball shoes or scotch - something you can turn into a hobby and go really far down the rabit hole on. I didn't keep smoking them, but it was a good diversion from my prison-like life at the time.

Any of y'all smoke a pipe? I've always wanted to try it. Never been into cigarettes but enjoy a really good cigar once a year
i used to. i had about 5 of them and would rotate with different tobaccos.
i kinda gave it up after 2 kids and a few other reasons. i still have the pipes somewhere and it is truly a great smoke, better than any cuban i've ever had, just don't do it any more.

I have two pipes that I smoke every now and then. I actually prefer a cigar because I don't have a great setup to keep pipe tobacco. I mean I don't have a humidor for a cigar either, but it is easier to just buy those just for the intended consumption times.
