It's OPD. There are some good OPD cops but a good amount are high school badasses who abuse their power. A few years ago they started arresting people that were walking home from the square because they were drunk in public.

Hell, they still do this. A buddy of mine had it happen to him a couple months ago.

That's such a bullshite charge if you're not causing any issues.

The OPD is scary. We go out and have a nice meal. Go to a bar and have a few drinks, and then the locals in our group get paranoid about getting home. Even with a designated driver, they are afraid that they will get arrested just walking to the fricking car. "OK. You go get the car. We will wait here for you. When you pull up, we will make a mad dash to the car so we can get away. Got it?"
