I don't need to call Les Miles a liar just to point out the fault in your logic. From your link, and the excerpt you posted:

quote:

coach Les Miles allowed Hill to rejoin the Tigers

Surely you don't believe that the coach allowing his team to express their feelings on the situation precluded his final judgement on Hill's status?

And, there is a precedent for this in LSU sports. Just last season, Cody Glenn, a starting pitcher, was suspended after his team voted to keep him off the mound during regionals.

According to him it did. Are you saying he is a liar. He said that Hill would not have been allowed to rejoin the team had they voted him off. Does that make it sound as if Miles made the decision or the team made the decision? Had Miles wanted him gone, Hill would have been gone, right?

Not quite...more revisionism? Cody Glenn was suspended by his coach, then was voted to return to the team by his team mates. his team mates did not vot him to be suspended...they voted for hsi return. LSU sure is tough on their players, aren't they? Let's vote! It's the American way!

After a vote cast by his fellow LSU teammates, starting pitcher Cody Glenn returned to the Tigers active roster for a looming super regional matchup against Oklahoma, serving what amounted to a one-game suspension during the NCAA Tournament regional for violating an unspecified team rule.
