What better way to ensure plenty of media coverage than playing right into the northeastern liberal media's preconceived bias against fundamentalist religion?

I said this earlier in the thread.

The northeast liberal elite media hates religion, specifically Christianity and Christians. Especially Southern Christians, and especially Southern Baptists. They hate them, view them as stupid uneducated redneck hate mongerers.

The fact that Westboro uses Baptist Church allows the media to give them more attenion, the media knowing that if they plaster "WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH" all over their headlines showing what they are up to, they will get people on the northeast liberal elite media's side when it comes to hating religion, Christians, southern conservative Christians, and Southern Baptists.

Win-win for both the Phelps Family(aka Westboro) and the media.
