The beautiful thing about being a fan of a team that isn't "all in fambily" is that I don't have to defend our coach.
He's an a-hole, he can be petty and rude (especially to media), and in this case he looks like he's trying to game the system. If he were my best friend, I'd call him on it. If he were my son, I'd give him some strong advice. As the coach of my favorite team, and a damn successful one, he can do his thing unless it becomes a problem for the program or the university.

The Auburn Family slogan may be the greatest slogan ever. It pisses Bama off so much there's not an argument where it isn't brought up.
