That's incorrect. Plenty of European players make over a million.

Example: Jamont Gordon (MSU player) made over a million in 2011-2012 playing in Moscow.

Nevermind...you said starting salary. So I guess you can go from making 100k to making 1-4 million within a couple of seasons.

CAN make is not the point. Who would pay him and why should they?
If Henderson could make the kind of money you posted, he would not be in the SEC now. He's yesterday's news this year.

There are plenty of players in Europe that can do as well or better than Henderson, have more local appeal, and aren't head cases.

He could always take his act to the circus
