It's not just that 90% of his shots are from beyind the arc--it is that he often has two defenders in his face when he is shooting--or is off-balance--or is 35 feet from the basket.

If he were not a dangerous player, opposing coaches would not be so obsessed with covering him whenever they play us.....

Thats pretty terrible rationale. He shouldn't be shooting it, then... Nobody is telling him to stop doing it, but they need to. I don't understand how anyone can want a player on their team taking these shots when you KNOW they go in at an extremely low percentage. Give it to someone who will take a balanced shot and hit it at 45%.

He's a good shooter, but that doesn't mean he needs to take terrible shots and make his shooting percentage 37%. Its really such a basic team-basketball concept.
