Uhm...dont think mentally it will affect him. You got to remember that these are 19-20 year old kids that have no fear and he will work even harder to get back. He also has a future in the NFL and fear will get you killed. He will be as good or better than before...Book it

first of all, it's extremely common for athletes to not be exactly the same after a major knee injury. It absolutely could affect him, we don't know. Second, the fact that it's a 19-20 year old kid makes it MORE likely to affect him. He is young and is only halfway through his college career. He no doubt has dreams of playing in the NFL one day. You don't think it's remotely possible that he might play it safe a play or two per game with that hanging in the back of his mind?
