You realize that Arkansas residents are spending this money anyway (whether casino is in OK, MS, or here)? So why not keep that money in-state?

I Ham That I Ham, that is a simple question I asked on page one that no detractor will answer.

Oklahoma casinos, in an article I referenced from the beginning, states 60% of revenue comes from Arkansas residents via Fort Smith and NWA.

I understand this, as I said it in my second post in this thread.

I'm just not sure the money the 'games of skill' would bring to the state would outweigh the shitty environment that they would breed. Like I said in that earlier post, Vegas is fun, but I wouldn't want to live and raise a family there.
