After watching this team, I actually think the timing of this game was a good thing. After the attitude of last year and shaky start to this season, they needed that gut punch. I won't say a loss is a good thing, but if it had to happen, this was the time. Everyone who watched, knew coming out of that second half that Auburn was not the same team. They weren't going to quit like last year.

As for the game, Auburn started slowly and made some mistakes. LSU capitalized. It's pretty simple. Auburn was playing a style that didn't quite fit their personnel and adjustments were made to amend that situation.
