No, LSU and Alabama have great programs because they have more money and more talent than us. The "want" you speak of, Coach Miles, is there. The things that can transform the "want" to the "do" are the inherent characteristics that the successful programs have, such as money and access to talent.

OM has a decent in state pool of talent they have access to.
Far more on a yearly basis than Arkansas and Mizzou who have played in 4 SEC title games.
