Technically I guess it could, it just seems unnecessary to have a coach strictly devoted to ST.

If it was advantageous, everyone in america would be doing it. I'd imagine only a small handful of teams actually do.

I would say the same thing. most of the time its a positional coach, that either has players not involved much in other aspects(Like a TE coach on a team that doesnt use TE's that much) or positional coach that has a lot of the same guys on ST
