Why don't you take a look at the demographics of Cleveland Elementary, in Bogart, Clarke County.

Today..... 2014.....

Okay, I'll bite. Let's.

I LIVE in Bogart now (the Oconee side, only a few miles down the road from Cleveland Road). You're talking about WEST Athens and almost Oconee. Most of the upper-class who have chosen to remain in Clarke County are on the west side. I'm talking the district as a whole. Most of these schools are more central and the ones on the east side (Gaines, Hilsman and Cedar Shoals) are FUGGING HORRID.....TODAY. Are you really gonna argue this with me? The exodus into Oconee County is pretty well known within the area.

Oh I know ..... I'm saying it's racist for you to say its black people... the black people have been here for decades... the recent decline is mexican kids who's parents don't speak english at home, and they struggle in school, but get passed anyway because not passing them means you are racist and also lose money for your school.

I know teachers in bogart too....
