I think you have it confused with Gwinnett/Hall (primarily Gainesville).

No. Most of these kids are intelligent. Many are bilingual giving them a distinct vocabulary advantage. Just because their parents are wetbacks doesn't mean their not intelligent. I would much rather have a school full of Mexican's compared to a school full of Mississippian's.

Not trying to be a dick but Sic em is 100% correct.
Went to both high schools in CC, Cedar Shoals and Clarke Central. Projects are a mother. Paldo, Nellie B, etc were the exact reason there was / is violence and black trash in Clarke county schools. I learned first hand what kind of fricked up kids came out of those hell holes.
