Just talked to my uncle again. EMA is actually using him as an official runner now. He is one the only ones able to get around. He is going window to window knocking on cars parked on the interstate looking for the elderly. They have a much harder time keeping warm.

I would be doing it to if I could get down there but I am stuck where I live. So many cars blocking the roads.

Left downtown at 2:30. Got home at 9:00. Had to leave my car about 1/2 mile away. This entire day can kiss my arse

I have a 9 month old, and if it hadn't been for the fellow that helped us, I don't know what we would have done. The state troopers are seen almost daily on 20/59 writing tickets, but funny thing, I didn't see a god damn one on the way home this day. The good citizens like your uncle are the only ones who were there to help, and by god it meant a lot to me and my wife.
