This is their fault. School systems/workplaces close based on what the weather people say. When it was coming down heavy at 10 am and the high today is in the 20s... doesn't it make sense that it's going to be a bit more than a "dusting"?

Yep. And it's still coming down hard right now.
Figure I'm staying at the office overnight tonight.
