I don't think the coach should change what has made him successful to date. I think you go full bore, and if it doesn't work, it doesn't and you move on to somewhere it does. Pawlowski was the complete opposite personality wise and he crashed and burned too. I'm fine seeing if the drill sergeant approach works for a couple years. Might work, might crash and burn. But we haven't had shite in years.

Pawl was weak. You can be tough as nails and positive. Just look at Malzahn's and Pearl's staffs. Also CSG has not endeered him to the fans at all, implying on more than 1 occasion that we're stupid. As Rig said a couple weeks ago, I'm not cool with that. When you are struggling like the baseball team is right now it's not a good idea to be downing the fan's and their intelligence also.
