Please present a discussion based out of some merit and of fact and not one based on your stance of a "legalize pot activist" It's frustrating to take you seriously seeing that the problem with your argument is that your premise is your opinion...nothing more..
This is a non discussion..JHC broke the rules as they stand now, he will sit his games and will adhere to policy when he returns or he will be dismissed..nothing more
Interestingly enough...based on your logic...You feel that JHC is not the problem... you, in fact, feel that UGA's policies are the problem...speaks volumes about your character...
and your little comment about "pot making him a better player"...at first I thought you were a troll, but now I must say you are quite obtuse...wow!
From a medical professional, THC slows your reflexes, decreases coordination, inhibits reaction times, it also can increase difficulty in problem solving. THC also increases your blood pressure by acting on various agonist receptors in smooth vesicles via an increase in (CO)Carbon Manoxide which is diffusion dependent and crosses the tissue blood barrier with ease...it causes a host of other side effects,,,and you know as well as I do that it does...we all have toked up a time or ten....
Did you attend UGA? If so, will they let me return my degrees?
Did you just try to justify his use of marijuana through an example of landowners- nothing to do with the issue. obvious attempt by you to advocate legalizing marijuana...and by all means if that is what is bothering you, march onward...but take this to correct arena and support it there....
"pee testing is ethically wrong", oh really!, I'm pretty sure it's a policy of institution and is ethical and legal, they have a right to protect their best interest...
Everyone likes to win, but let's not lower our standards to appease those that can't adapt or play by the rules...that's a steep slippery slope of no return..I feel like we have seen enough of that in our society...making exceptions for those that find it difficult to comply to the point that doing things the right way are now the exception

No. Marijuana use can lead to lung cancer and impairment. these are facts. We have enough drunks on the road without adding a bunch of pot heads to our streets. Smoking cigarettes has become a taboo act, as a whole by our society. Marijuana is just as damaging if not more so because of the impairment.
