Not just talking about Dorms. The Shelby Centers on both Universities look like something that was force down the schools throats, but were afraid to say no.

It literally has won awards for being such a great design...Any school in the country should be envious of this complex... LINK /

I believe the areas where we have built dorms in the last 10-15 years have mainly taken place of wooded areas that no one used. They haven't taken place of "green space". At least not any green space where anyone went.

Just admit you don't know what you're talking about.
