every time I realize Sallach is still actually on the field for us while John Baxter is still looking for a job.
That said, he seems to be a decent recruiter, and our TEs have been decent under him. I just think that coach should almost always be a ST guru as well -- and if he isn't, he better be a Brewster-type recruiter.
