Maybe it has to do with Marshall. His inability to really read a defense makes Gus slow down some to check calls and what not, thus why wears always hurrying to the line, and then stopping.

Could be that he doesn't have Lashlee in the booth. Takes longer for the booth guy to tell Gus/Lashlee, them interpret it, then tell Nick good/audible
