Just sayin could be a good hire but I see 20yrs in the NFL & 3 years of CFB on the left coast. No SEC ties etc.. But neither did CTG...

You should be. He completely turned the USC defense around this year. They were top 32 in the nation in every meaningful category after not being higher than 40th in any category the year before. His scheme is also very similar to what we currently run.
