True, however, his first offense was a Trespassing charge.

Seems to me he is guilty of being a dumb-arse. Like a large number of 20 year old kids out there.

However, if there is some sort of felony distribution charge, he'll be dismissed. I don't think there's any doubt about that.

Whatever happens, I hope he can figure out how to stay on the right side of things for his sake. While marijuana laws are antiquated in most states. It's still the law. He needs to stay on the right side of it, gonna cost him alot of cash.
