Are gurley, hill, and Henry that far ahead of the rest of the nation?

I think its time to pump the brakes on the Henry hype train. He is very good, but he has had 1 breakout half against a B12 team. Let him earn it first.

I think CAP has a chance to be a fantastic RB in the offense we've got. He runs hard and he's had a few runs this year that were eye opening.

But we don't know if he gets the starting nod or if we do RB by committee, so he could just as easily run for like 500 yards with only a handful of carries a game.

Davis, if he can stay healthy. Was really good this season till injury bug got him in the last 2-3 games of the year.

Gurley and Hill possibly.

Hill probably won't get monster numbers cuz of LF and Magee though.

Gurley, Hill, Collins will likely be the best in the league IMO

Through 8-9 games of the season, Davis led the SEC in rushing yds per gm, total offensive yds from scrimmage per gm (for all offensive positions), was tied for the lead in rushing tds, and was in top 2-3 in rushing yds per carry. He's a special RB indeed...

But Davis isn't a every-snap back for USC like Lattimore was. He never intended to be. He peels off huge gain runs and then needs a break. When Wilds went down early in the season for half the season, it put a huge burden on Davis to carry more of a load. IMO both Carson and Smith weren't utilized enough to give Davis more rest, and it wore down on him.

Wilds was almost ready to go towards the end, but Davis got too beat up and was shut down for the final 3-4 games. We need him healthier and fresher next season for the stretch run, because Dylan won't be able to tuck and run effectively like Shaw has been able to his entire career....

He didn't get any damn carries or he would have had a breakout year. And that's why Saban wasn't happy w/ Nussmeir too.

It is likely he returns. At least from all the reports coming from LSU have been consistent with that.

I expect Auburn's yet-to-be-named starting running back to lead the SEC in rushing again under Gus Malzahn

Empirical data suggests my assertion is correct.

While he may not be our main RB, I think Jalen Hurd is going to make some serious noise as a true freshman.

I think by the end of the year he'll be the best RB in the country. HEARD IT HERE FIRST FOLKS.

You're crazy. Henry will be better than Trent and Lacy. Dude is a monster.

I like what I saw of Henry. He got too gassed though but that is likely due to not being used very much. He'll be much better next year.
