I am mostly English and Scottish. I've never really had cuisine from either country, to my knowledge, so I can't really judge. Since they've been here since the 1650's, though, I guess I will claim Southern/soul food, which is goddamn delicious.

Yeah, my mom's family is so far removed from immigration that it's more appropriate to say my heritage is Alabamian.
