Pump the brakes...good coach but its gonna take more than 1 season to get into the that group of coaches...I think he fares better but Chizik was a top 10 coach after 2010

Ummm, no he wasn't.

I don't even think the NtY and ITAT homers thought he was top 10. And his career HC record was only 3 games over .500 after the BCSCG.

But you're right, Gustav hardly deserves to be called 'one of the top coaches in the game' with his meager resume. What he has demonstrated is that his offenses have been successful enough to produce winning records at every stop in his career (never a season with fewer than 8 wins as an assistant or HC). He has the potential to be a great one, and I'm reasonably confident he'll end up that way - it's my hope that AU persuades him to stick around long enough for it to happen in his current gig.
