Why don't they just put up a circus tent in Sanford lay down a floor and raze Stegeman to the ground then you have the correct starting point coupled with a sense of urgency.
You just can't refurbish something economically which opened in 1964 with 2014 in mind, that's physically irresponsible big picture.
Plus we need a great facility so the ACC will take us in.

I really hope we go for Pearl after Fox is fired. He's slimy but he'll get us to the promised land.
